With expertise in primary and secondary research, we use a range of  research methods to inform and measure change strategies. We begin each project with a landscaping of the relevant environment to inform not only the context in which our interventions will land, but to design and develop strategies to effectively shift norms towards achievable, realistic and sustainable impact.

Once we understand our environment, we begin to map change strategies for interventions designed to shift norms, policies, funding priorities and behaviours in support of public interest outcomes.

Deliver

We have technical expertise in the areas of development communications, strategic communication for social change, social accountability and climate change governance.

We work deliberately to mainstream diverse perspectives (including youth, women and other marginalised groups) through all our work.

Learn

We design custom Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems for projects to monitor and track results, as well as innovative learning methodologies to inform implementation and project adaptation. We also work with organisations to build capacity in MEL, data collection, analysis and reporting.
